Overall, by concentrating on one audio interface, rather than juggling between two, I suspect you'll also be able to get on with making music, rather than wondering where your audio delta 2496 asio disappeared to! You are here Home Sound Advice Q. The new interface is a good thing, because it uses less space on screen. But you cannot switch reference levels anymore the mixer is still there. My guess is that reference levels have never been analog anyway, but only digital.

ASIO Audiophile anyone?? Cakewalk Forums

Thanks for the help I'll try some of your suggestions tonight just to answer a few questions I have 2 gig of ram I am using XP, and I am changing the latency between and I have also found that if I change the audio setting on control panel, so that it doesn't point to my sound card, that I can then change the latency of the card within sonar, - not an ideal solution though!! Hi there, Watch out when you update the drivers. I'm using Camtasia to record my screen and audio, and it listens to 'system audio' to record the audio you are playing on your computer. I'm not sure if this has anything delta 2496 asio do with the routing in the mixer of the Audiophile control panel? Can anyone help me with this? Talked to tech support and they mentioned the card does not work well with some motherboards due to flaky USB controller delta 2496 asio.

Q. Can you help me solve my audio playback problems?

I was suggested to delta 2496 asio my system or move to windows 7 which I has been giving me poor performance in when using cakewalk sonar 8. This is why I am wanting to know your system specs.

What other add on cards you maybe using which may conflict with the card. Even when there appears to be no IRQ sharing in device manager. Link Short URL.

Did you know that your browser is out of date?

You may even want to change the latency of the PCI back to default and just reduce the sample rate with your sound card. Though I think delta 2496 asio useful far future enhancement would be multiple sound card support, but of course this is nowhere near an essential requirement.

I think doing this would save a lot of confusion. Thanks for your screen shots, they delta 2496 asio that I am setting things up the way they should be. Many other people have indeed NOT downloaded the beta drivers when they went to that page, since it's easy to overlook, and it's best not to assume that somebody did. Have you ever worked in technical support? It's not about talking down to the customer, it's about finding the problem and getting the user on their merry way. If you check my post-history, you may note that I don't talk down delta 2496 asio customers--I try to the best of my ability to serve them how and when I can.

SonicSounds and Progmusicman, I'm surprised that didn't solve the problem--I've heard it has for other folks. Can you suggest anything that might help?

Q. Can you help me solve my audio playback problems?

It comes with a Control Panel applet that enables you to set the levels of your computer's audio signals and route them to various outputs, and this is often the place to begin troubleshooting. OTOH if you still have problems, then that suggests a general system configuration issue. The fact that none of the drivers offers an ASIO option suggests that you may have a corrupted driver that's not getting uninstalled properly. If you're comfortable with editing the registry, try deleting every mention of M-Audio, then reboot and update to the current driver. Or, as a last resort, a delta 2496 asio reformat and reinstall of apps Here's where a utility like Acronis True Image would've helped. Alternatively you can try system delta 2496 asio, and go back to when you upgraded to 8.

Using ASIO mode. Works fine. Press play. I have the following setup: my studio computer runs an Delta 2496 asio Delta Audiophile card, no internal soundcard. I'm using Windows 7 bit.
